Technical Maintenance
Routine administration within the contracted RBO hosting environment. Exact tasks and exclusions are defined in the hosting agreement; dedicated infrastructure and major upgrades are separate.
Functional Support
Separately contracted monthly or on-demand assistance can include user navigation questions, accounting/sales/purchasing/inventory workflow troubleshooting, configuration issues, user permissions and agreed minor configuration changes.
Hosting vs. Functional Support vs. Implementation
Hosting operates the contracted server environment. Functional support assists with application workflows. Implementation establishes the system initially, including migration, testing and training.
Support for Client-Owned Infrastructure
RBO can assess support for suitable client-selected cloud/VPS/on-premises environments. Infrastructure ownership, access and maintenance responsibilities must be agreed. All RBO services are remote.
Support Process
Describe the issue; review whether it belongs to hosting, technical maintenance or functional support; confirm agreed scope; troubleshoot and communicate findings. Working hours and response arrangements are contractual. No unapproved 24/7 or guaranteed resolution claim.

Managed hosting from PKR 8,000/month; basic technical maintenance included within hosting; functional support, dedicated hosting, major upgrades, integrations and customizations separately quoted. Taxes additional.
