Installation & Deployment
Install ERPNext on appropriate RBO-managed or client-selected cloud, VPS or on-premises infrastructure, subject to technical suitability.
Business Modules & Configuration
Configure agreed accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, fixed assets, projects and CRM workflows. Included modules and settings are defined in the project scope.
Data Migration & Opening Balances
Prepare and import agreed customer/supplier masters, items, chart of accounts, opening balances and supported records. Complex historical migrations and cleanup are separately assessed.
User Roles and Permissions
Configure agreed access permissions and approval workflows.
Testing and Go-Live
Work with the client to test transactions, validate agreed balances, address identified issues and prepare for live operations.
User Training
Deliver role-based remote training as defined in the project quotation.

Hosting & Support Are Separate
RBO-managed ERPNext hosting starts from PKR 8,000/month excluding taxes: separate client site/database on shared infrastructure, up to five active users, basic maintenance and daily backups retained 14 days. Functional support and custom development are separately contracted. ERPNext itself is open-source and is not owned by RBO.
