Our Remote Process
We agree on a monthly service scope, receive source documents, record and reconcile the agreed transactions, review completed work and deliver contracted reports. The client approves business transactions, supplies documents, and retains custody of funds and stock.
What's Not Included Automatically?
Historical catch-up and cleanup, physical inventory counts, client payment collection, debt recovery, authorization of payments, custom integrations, statutory audit, tax returns and additional reporting are outside the standard recurring scope unless expressly contracted.
Bookkeeping Payment & Cancellation Terms
Each monthly bookkeeping cycle: 50% payable at the start; remaining 50% payable 15 calendar days after cycle commencement. Either party may give at least 30 calendar days' written notice; termination takes effect at the end of a monthly service period satisfying the notice. Each commenced period is fully billed without a partial-period refund, subject to law and signed agreement.
