ERPNext Managed Hosting — From PKR 8,000/month
Separate client site and database on shared infrastructure, five active users maximum, basic technical maintenance and daily backups retained 14 days.

Monthly Bookkeeping Payments
50% of the agreed fee is payable upon commencement of EACH monthly service period, and the remaining 50% is payable 15 calendar days after the beginning of that period. Example: PKR 30,000 monthly fee = PKR 15,000 at the start and PKR 15,000 after 15 days, exclusive of taxes.
Bookkeeping Cancellation
Either party may give at least 30 calendar days' written notice through the contract-designated address. Termination is effective at the end of the service period satisfying notice. Every commenced monthly service period is fully billed without a partial-month refund, subject to applicable law and the signed agreement. These terms do not automatically govern hosting, support or project work.
Quotation Process
Discuss needs; assess transactions, accounts, warehouses/users and reporting; provide agreed quotation; commence upon acceptance and applicable payment. All work is remote.
