This policy describes personal information associated with the Rapid Back Office LLC website, inquiries and consultation scheduling. A separate service agreement may describe additional information handling for an engagement.

Rapid Back Office LLC provides remote bookkeeping and business support through Pakistan-based operations. Contact the email address in the footer or (202) 241-0544 with privacy questions. Our US mailing address is 204 Michigan Ave NE, Washington, DC 20017; it is not a staffed or visitor office.
Information you provide
An inquiry may include your name, business email, company, country, service interests and the optional software, workload or project details you choose to share. Email and telephone contact may include the contents of your communications. Please do not provide passwords, bank statements, account credentials or other sensitive financial documents through the public inquiry form.
Inquiry delivery
When you submit an inquiry, the website sends the information you provide to RBO through WordPress and its configured email delivery provider. The form does not create an inquiry record in the WordPress database. Hosting and email providers may keep delivery logs or message copies under their own settings. Information is used to respond to your request and assess service fit. Please do not send sensitive financial documents or credentials through this form.
Consultation scheduling and Calendly
The website embeds Calendly and links to our consultation calendar. When the calendar loads, your browser connects to Calendly, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar technologies. If you book, Calendly processes the information you enter, the selected appointment and related scheduling information. Its own privacy notice and cookie choices also apply. Form submission alone does not confirm a booking.
How information is used
Information supplied through an active contact or scheduling channel is used to respond to your request, assess service fit, arrange a consultation and communicate about the proposed engagement. Any later client-record processing, access permissions and confidentiality arrangements should be documented in the relevant engagement.
Website technology and cookies
The current site source does not install an analytics or advertising tracker or set its own browser-storage cookie. The hosting service may process request information needed to deliver the site, and Calendly has its own technology and cookie settings. Use Calendly’s cookie controls and your browser settings where available. Any additional analytics, advertising, consent or tracking tools require this notice to be updated before use.
Providers and international handling
Website hosting, email, telephone and scheduling providers may process information when you use those channels. RBO operates from Pakistan, so information you send to RBO may be accessed there even if you are in the United States, Canada or another country. A final policy must identify the actual providers and any applicable cross-border arrangements; this draft does not claim a particular data-residency location or legal transfer mechanism.
Retention and information requests
A final retention schedule has not been approved. Contact the email address in the footer to ask about information you have provided or to request access, correction or deletion. The response and any applicable exceptions depend on the information involved and applicable requirements. Requests about information held independently by Calendly may also need to be made to Calendly. Do not send identity documents in your initial request.
Updates and final approval
RBO must review this draft against its actual hosting, email, scheduling, inquiry and client-record practices before adopting it. The approved version should show an effective date and explain material changes. This draft does not certify compliance with any particular jurisdiction’s privacy law.
