Noman Ahmed brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll processing, and back office support. As a Partner at Rapid Back Office LLC, he plays a key role in ensuring that clients—especially CPA firms—get reliable, accurate, and timely financial support.

His background in accounting and finance, combined with deep operational insight, makes him a steady and trusted partner for businesses that need more than just number crunching. He works closely with CPA firms across the U.S., offering a dependable extension of their own teams. Azhar has successfully provided bookkeeping and tax services from small businesses to medium businesses, demonstrating a commitment to empowering clients with accurate and timely financial solutions.

Azhar’s impressive career spans leadership roles at renowned organizations, including Royal Bank of Canada and ALMEERA Consumer Goods Company, where he managed multi-million-dollar financial operations, spearheaded ERP implementations, and conducted financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. His ability to streamline processes, implement robust internal controls, and lead large, diverse teams has consistently driven operational efficiency and profitability.

Muhammad Hanif

U.S. Engagement Partner

Muhammad Hanif is a results-driven assurance professional with over a decade of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing. He has held prominent roles in globally recognized organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and BDO, where he specialized in providing assurance services to asset and wealth management entities. His expertise extends to the audit of mid-sized and large commercial entities, with a strong focus on fund audits within the asset management sector.

Having recently achieved the prestigious Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification, Muhammad brings an enhanced understanding of IT auditing, risk management, and governance to his role. His skillset seamlessly combines traditional auditing practices with modern IT controls, ensuring robust financial processes and secure information systems.
